          • Partial Refund or Credit for Cancellations Made 3-6 Days in Advance:<\/span>\n

            • Participants who cancel their reservation between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled tour date may be eligible for a partial refund, typically minus a processing fee, or they may receive a credit towards a future tour.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
            • No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days in Advance:<\/span>\n

              • Participants who cancel their reservation less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a refund. This is because it may be difficult for the tour operator to fill the vacant spot on short notice.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
              • Exceptions for Severe Weather or Safety Concerns:<\/span>\n

                • In cases of severe weather conditions or safety concerns, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour.
