Yes, we accept deposit payments for online booking.  No charges are applied until booking is confirmed.  

Full Refund for Cancellations Made 7 or More Days in Advance:

  • Participants who cancel their reservation at least 7 days before the scheduled tour date are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.

Partial Refund or Credit for Cancellations Made 3-6 Days in Advance:

  • Participants who cancel their reservation between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled tour date may be eligible for a partial refund, typically minus a processing fee, or they may receive a credit towards a future tour.

No Refund for Cancellations Made Less Than 3 Days in Advance:

  • Participants who cancel their reservation less than 3 days before the scheduled tour date are not eligible for a refund. This is because it may be difficult for the tour operator to fill the vacant spot on short notice.

Exceptions for Severe Weather or Safety Concerns:

  • In cases of severe weather conditions or safety concerns, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the tour. In such instances, participants may be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule their tour without any penalties.

Yes we provide kayaks, paddles, life jackets, helmets, and neoprene suits.  We do not provide personal base layers, shoes, or towels.
